To facilitate a smooth partnership, here are some key operational details for our wholesale & distribution clients.

Our wholesale orders are typically container-based. We accommodate 20ft (approx. 15m³ / 7,000 board feet) and 40ft (approx. 33m³ / 14,000 board feet) container loads. Specific MOQs may apply to certain grades or custom milled products.

We are able to support LTL shipments direct into Canada and the USA and through our existing wholesalers in Europe.

We have extensive experience in international shipping and managing teak import/export. We provide clear logistics plans, including typical lead times for production and shipping to key regions such as Canada, the USA, and Europe.

We offer standard International Incoterm shipping terms which will be clearly outlined in your wholesale proposal and coordinated with the shipping agency at time of exportation. Typically, this involves a deposit upon order confirmation and balance upon receipt of shipping documents, or for LTL orders, payment balance prior to shipping.

We understand that volume orders may require specific dimensions or slight variations in grade characteristics. We have the flexibility to discuss and accommodate custom orders for our container-load partners.
